I had a great stay at this hotel. The room I stayed in was of a decent size and had all the basic amenities I needed. The bed was big and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location in the city center was convenient, with the main square just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the prices were reasonable. it was a great value for money.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

Very good location. For the price you pay in the location it's in, it's fine. Only one member of staff speaks English and you can generally get things done. Airport pick-up was good and also I was flying back to Seoul at 6:40am, so the transfer back was fixed as well. And they even fixed a small foil-wrapped breakfast to take to the airport. But like I said, if you see the hotel as just somewhere to sleep near the city centre which is clean and at a good price then this is a good option.

Good location Good choice for the breakfast Smiling staff
We payed for laundry one morning, warning that it had to be done quick because we had to leave the next morning. But it appeared the laundry was made late in the night, so everything was wet when we left. By the way, this service is overcharged in this hotel compared to others. The bed had no sheets in our room and we realised it at 23h30 so we had to make it ourselves. We booked a room for the second stay one week ahead, but when we arrived, they forgot us so they cold only give us another room, smaller and with separated beds. And finally, they tried to charge 15$ more than we agreed the day before.

The hotel Kaiser in Ulaanbaatar was a great find! the value for money was excellent. With clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds, and fast wifi, it exceeded our expectations. The location was also a major plus as it was within walking distance of the main square and downtown area. Additionally, the friendly and polite staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
No issues - everything was more than satisfactory.

The access by road from the main avenue becomes easily waterlogged owing to the poor/non-existent street drainage, making access on foot quite difficult and treacherous at night.

The only good thing was the positioning, near Peace Avenue, the largest Avenue in the town.
The first thing is that the hotel did not provide the basic services expected of by a 3 star hotel. In addition, the Wi Fi does not work, and the breakfast is very poor. Staff have little or no understanding of english, which made communication near impossible. The cleanliness of the hotel is the biggest problem. The sheets are old and dirty. They do not clean the room for the whole duration of your stay The hotel is not value for money, and does not adhere to the basic standards of a hotel. So if you could pay a little more, choose an alternative hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of a major shopping plaza, making it easy to explore the city. the room was surprisingly spacious and clean, and the staff was accommodating. the breakfast buffet had a good assortment of food, including coffee, juice, eggs, toast, and pastries.
the room we stayed in was quite warm, with no air conditioning or fan to cool it down.

Large clean rooms and hot running water. Drop off service to the airport (at a cost, but at least convenient).
Location was very poor to where I needed to be during the day, and just in general to the main areas of the city. At night it can be quite scary coming back as its tucked away in the back streets with no street lighting at all. Although advertised, wifi did not work the entire 3 days I was there. Staff care factor was non existent in regards to this. Moderately expensive.

The location of kaiser was convenient. The breakfast was probably one of the better ones we have had in ulaanbatar With a coffee machine juice scrambled eggs fresh milk rather than powdered which was not so common in other places of all. There was a toaster and a small choice of cereals etc so in all it was probably the best breakfast choice although the coffee machine didnt always work. The best point was that the pick up from the Airport was comfotable, cheap and on time only 15 dollars compared to other public and private taxis we used.
The street the kaiser was located on was a bit dodgy looking and full of potholes and didnt like the thought of walking back there at night as it was not very well lit.... The staff didnt speak very much englsih at all which made things difficult at times... The hotel looked in quite disrepair compared to the photos on the website so although the rooms were adequate for the same price we did actually find much nicer ones actually cheaper and in better locations. It wasnt so child friendly as we were travelling with our 20 month daughter and there were dangereous parts to the hotel on the inside down the stairwells
